Managing your application

Once you have accepted an offer, one of our team will manage your application all the way to completion, keeping you fully informed every step of the way. Typically, this involves:

  • An introductory call to confirm timescales, establish the urgency for your deal and an explanation of the stages involved
  • Chasing surveyors to attain an accurate valuation on the property involved
  • Liaising with the chosen lender to obtain a firm offer, letting you know if additional information is needed or if complications arise for any reason
  • Talking with your solicitor to keep everything on track
  • Touching base with you every 7 days by phone or email, just to keep you up to date
  • Confirming exchange or completion details
  • Confirming telegraphic transfer of funds
  • Keeping an audit trail of all actions so you know exactly who said what, when
